Fernando Garcia is a Queens, New York based illustrator/character designer and is of Colombian descent. He currently holds an Associates Degree in Visual Fine Arts from Manchester Community College in Connecticut and has attended the illustration program at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Although having experience in traditional mediums like classical painting, Fernando enjoys working with mixed media writing tools and digitally as well.
